The sales and finance staff were knowledgable, professional, courteous and patient. Never did we feel under pressure or uncomfortable. There was none of the usual back and forth “let me to talk to mgr” then “Let me talk to my finance guy” for hours. This was a competent, experienced staff that made a car purchase pleasurable for us for the first time. Thank you Iwan, Orlando, Ed and the prep team for taking such great care of us and our car.
